Wycliffe Ethiopia held a Missiological Reflection seminar on the topic of “Being an alternative community in the midst of a conflict” in collaboration with Hintset Christian Society. At the seminar, Dr. Girma Bekele (from Tyndale University College Seminary) and Dr. Yonas Adaye (from Addis Ababa University) presented their research findings. During the day, there was an all-embracing discussion about Ethiopian religious institutions’ role in promoting peace, to what extent they should endeavor to promote peace, and what a sustainable peacebuilding process should look like. Scholars and senior government officials attended the seminar. We would like to say God bless all of you who participated in this seminar.
